With this rank, you cannot get merit seat for civil engineering in Karnataka, you can opt for private colleges which will accept the rankings around this.

The college allotment is completely based on your KCET rank. Top colleges in Karnataka gets filled in the first round itself. Try in NMAMIT, Nitte Meenakshi, St. Joseph, Sahyadri, Canara, Reva, Ambedkar, Vijaya Vital and Vidya Vikasa. It's better to check out previous year's cut-off for this college
