My UPSEE B.Tech OBC rank is 18000 & gen. is 50000 & my my B.Arch OBC rank is 368 and gen. is 1458, can I get a govt. college for any one?

Chances of getting Government College in the B.Tech is very low, but you can get the B.Arch in any of the government or in the semi-government college. -
You cannot get a government college under UPSEE for B.Tech. But as your rank is very good in B.Arch, you can get a government college easily.
