Now I am pursuing 2nd year of B.Sc physics. When will the application form be out for M.Sc physics? Is there any entrance exam for this?

    If you want to do M.Sc in VIT then there will be no exams but if you want to pursue from other institutes then there will be separate criteria for different universities and colleges.

    Vellore Institute of Technology Masters Entrance Examination VITMEE is conducted by University for admission to M.Tech, M.Sc and MCA programs offered at Eight Constituent Schools of the University. Applicants can fill the VITMEE Admission form from March 10, 2018 till May 24, 2018. The application form can be obtained from online mode, i.e. by visiting the official website of the VIT University while the offline application forms can be availed from select post offices across several states.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
