LPU is very good University to pursue B.Tech CSE. It is a very famous university and it has very good faculty, infrastructure, good labs and the latest technology and excellent placement records but quite costly. -
You should go for LPU, because it is one of the best private college, faculty and placement wise.

For B.Tech in CSE among the two, in terms of placement and infrastructure, I think LPU will be a good option, as the feedback are also good as compared to JECRS. -
