Only cipla visit the college for pharmacy for 160 students?

Hello, If you are asking this with respect to LPU, then I must say LPU there is long list of companies that visit LPU for placements. As per NIRF-MHRD Government of India, LPU pharmacy school comes under best 30 pharmacy colleges in the country due to best placements, infrastructure, research oriented faculty and yes industry oriented curriculum which is the main mantra of LPU placements. Overall, for a student having interest in B.Pharma, LPU is the best university to begin career. Placements at LPU are always applauded. LPU provides good placements. The first thing that I should mention is that the training and placement cell of LPU is very efficient. It not only brings in best-in-industry companies for placements, but also provides students with training to make them fit for the written and interview/GD rounds conducted by these companies for placement. LPU has tie-ups with renowned companies from different industries. If we talk specifically of B.Pharm, the placement scenario of B.Pharm is getting better year by year. About 60-70 percent students get placed every year with decent packages. A lot of companies come to LPU for placement, many of which are open to students of all streams. Companies like SmurAgro, Dr. Lal Path Labs, Capgemini, Google, etc. come to the campus for recruitment of students. Most importantly, LPU makes students capable of getting placed in the best companies of different sectors. It helps them in developing their communication skills, aptitude skills, and the overall personality. Moreover, LPU provides its students with exposure which makes them ready to work in diverse industries. Placements at LPU start from 3 LPA and has been established at 1 core per annum so far. More than 450 companies (both national and international) visit the LPU campus every year. They also groom students from the first year itself with personality development courses, interview facing skills etc. It is clear from the performance of LPU students that the university is providing for all opportunities it can that too from every corner of world, but individually it majorly depends on how the student has performed overall, specifically in academics and his skills or tactics to clear the interview phases.

Chandigarh universty is good choice for pharmacy as it is the only university in Punjab with NAAC A+ accrediation with diamond rating.With India ranking 3rd globally in the production of medicines and largest producer of generic medicines, the pharmaceutical sector of the country has grown in leaps and bounds during the last two decades. Attributing to the growth of Indian Pharmaceutical Industry, the number of jobs in the sector has seen a big surge which can be verified from the fact that more than 80 Multi-National Companies have recruited 300 Biotechnology and 150 pharmacy students of Chandigarh University.
