Hello Anurag!
For B.Tech in CSE, SRM university main campus ( KTR campus) is the best option among these three. But, you don't go for other campuses of SRM as they are not better than the main campus of SRM university.

See, SRM Chennai main campus is the best of all the colleges you have mentioned above after the Galgotias University will be there for the backup, then comes the Chandigarh university, as in the Chandigarh university, they mostly spend their profit on the ads and not on improving there campus, but this is not so in other two colleges.

SRM (main campus) is the best option followed by Chandigarh University, Chandigarh College of Engineering and Galgotias University.

If you can afford a huge amount, then SRM main campus is better than any of these 3.
Otherwise, if you wish to select another campus in North India, then Chandigarh University is the best.
