Correct Option - 4
Detailed Solution:

2x-y+2z=2
x-2y+λz=-4
x+λy+z=4
For no solution:
D=|2, -1,2; 1, -2, λ 1,1,1|=0
⇒ 2 (-2-λ²)+1 (1-λ)+2 (λ+2)=0
⇒ -2λ²+λ+1=0
⇒ λ=1, -1/2
D? =|2, -1,2; -4, -2, λ 4,1,1|
=2 (-2-λ)+1 (-4-4λ)+2 (-4+8)
=2 (1+λ) which is not equal to zero for λ=1, -1/2
