     Bernoulli’s question b/w (1) & (2)

    P 1 ρ g + v 1 2 2 g + z 1 = P 2 ρ g + v 2 2 2 g + z 2  

    ⇒  P 1 P 2 ρ g + v 1 2 2 g + 1 = v 2 2 2 g + 0            -(1)

    Equation of continuity

    A1v1 = A2v2

    v2 = 2v1                -(2)

    from (1) & (2)

    P 1 P 2 ρ g + v 1 2 2 g + 1 = ( 2 v 1 ) 2 2 g  

    4 1 0 0 8 0 0 × 1 0 + v 1 2 2 g + 1 = 4 v 1 2 2 g  

    1 2 1 0 0 8 0 0 0 = 3 v 1 2 2 g

    v 1 2 = 2 × 1 0 3 × 1 2 1 0 0 8 0 0 0
