Here $Δ V_{c} = 0.5 V, Δ i_{c} = 0.05 m A = 0.05 \times 1 0^{- 3} A$

Output resistance is given by

$R_{o u t} = \frac{Δ V_{c}}{Δ i_{c}} = \frac{0.5}{0.5 \times 1 0^{- 3}} = 1 0^{4} Ω = 10 k Ω .$
