Sol. $? v$

$\Rightarrow m v = 16 {m v}_{1}$

$\Rightarrow V_{1} = \frac{V}{16}$

$\Rightarrow Δ k$ loss $= \frac{1}{2} {m v}^{2} - \frac{1}{2} (16 m) {(\frac{V}{16})}^{2}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{2} {m v}^{2} (\frac{15}{16})$

$%$ loss $= \frac{15}{16} \times 100 = 93.75 %$
