$Y_{1} = \bar{A \cdot A}$

$= \bar{A}$

$Y_{2} = \bar{B + B}$

$= \bar{B}$

$Y = \bar{Y_{1} + Y_{2}}$

$= \bar{\bar{A} + \bar{B}}$
