The Quantitative Techniques section of the CLAT question paper will be based on :
- Ratio and Proportion: This topic includes finding out percentage increase or decrease and mathematical relationship between two given situations.
- Basic Algebra: This topic includes fundamental mathematics that covers simple operations such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
- Mensuration: This topic deals with measurement, volume and geometry.
- Statistics: This topic covers analysing a given set of data and interpreting results.
- Profit and Loss: This part covers finding out gains or losses incurred in an activity.

The CLAT 2025 will also include Mathematics questions under Quantitative Techniques section, carrying 13-17 questions out of total 120 questions.
