If you mean full time MBA and PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So with less then 50% marks in graduation it is not possible to get admission in full time MBA or PGDM program.
Students with less then 50% marks in graduation may opt for distance MBA program as in order to pursue distance MBA you need to be graduate in any field.

Dear Ms. Pooja, You question is a bit confusing, but from what we understand you have not given any examination and you are looking for admissions to the MBA programme. As per the entry requirements for a Pune University MBA degree, you need to have at least 50% marks in your graduation and a valid score in any of the acceptable entrance examinations like CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/MH CET. If you have ot given the CAT examinations there is no problem as the other examinations can be taken and their score would also be valid for the admission. If you are not giving any of the examinations, then it would not bepossible for the admissions to be processed. You can take up entry in the International MBA programme, but not the Indian MBA programme. Naturally colleges accept without entrance examination score, but that would be for their PGP / PGDBM courses and not MBA.
