You can't do Criminology after your B.Com, as the candidate should complete his graduation degree from Science stream.
With minimum of 50% in graduation from recognized university.
So, you being Commerce graduate, you can go for MBA or M.Com and even you can take CA, ICWA, Company Secretary Courses.

There are a few students who have come in with a 90%ile into IIMB and with no work experience, but the percentage of such students would be less than 5% (unless they fall in the reservation quota).
