If you are taking 2nd PUC direct as a private student, then it is valid and you can do your course.

For doing a Diploma in fashion designing the course fee deadline set by UGC is under 1 lakh for any Diploma course in fashion designing, be it any college. Diploma courses are like from 6 months-1 year and every student who is doing Diploma in any fashion designing college gets assisted in the job.

Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent) in 2019.

Candidates may note that no direct lateral admission is allowed at any other year/stage of B.Arch course based on any qualification.

It is difficult to predict the marks as for now results only percentile score is released. If you want you can calculate the percentile rank. But no formula is there to predict the marks. Use this formula to predict the rank:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 145386 /100. Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially. You have to wait for the official results.

Your rank will be below 8000, if you belong to general category,
or below 4000, if you belong to OBC category.
