For the preparation of GD, you can go through current topics. Just go through them once. Have a fair idea about pros and cons of that topic. For PI, the basic and first question mostly occurs to be Tell me about yourself, therefore jot down all points that you will answer and put your strength and achievements and justify for the same. No, you cannot do M.Tech on the basis of BCA. The eligibility criteria of M.Tech is a Bachelor degree in Technology in relevant discipline or M.Sc. Degree in Science/Maths/ Statistics/ Computer application. Further, GATE is a mandatory requirement for doing M.Tech.
