There is no need to pursue M.Tech. if one has already secured job in MNCs, govt or PSU companies as engineering post in all these organizations require only B.Tech. degree as qualification. In India, usually only those people do M.Tech. who:-
(a) could not secure job.

After 12th in Science if you have interest in Biology, then, you may take up dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).

Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
