Hi Manjinder,
The question is quite confusing. I failed to understand what you want to study in USA. Well of course, if you want to apply to an undergraduate course, your class 12th performance is the main requirement. Your percentile in class 10th, class 11th and class 12th will be of critical importance. Even for Masters, they will need your class 12th percentage, but your undergrad percentage will be given more importance. So, yes basically you must qualify and earn the basic credibility to study in USA and all countries abroad.

Hi, there is no such thing called direct admission in USA. Some or the other exam must be taken. If you are planning for MBA without the GMAT or GRE I am afraid there won't be any such programs in USA. If at all you find such programs check their accreditation. It is not worth investing time and money for such programs. There is also a high chance of visa rejection. I would rather advise you check PG Diploma options in Australia, New Zealand and Canada as a better and alternate option in your situation. Very few universities in Canada such as Vancouver Island University, NYIT has MBA without GMAT which you can check but tough luck in U

Hi Karan, take the JEE exams or other known engineering entrance exams like BITSAT VITEEE etc. And enroll into a B.Tech/B.E course. Your class 12th percentage is very crucial so study hard. If you are aiming for NASA you may also consider pursuing your engineering abroad in which case you have to decide where to study and prepare for entrance exams like SAT ACT etc.
