Applying to a good university abroad with so many backlogs will be highly competitive and chances are minimal. You can be eligible and can apply to colleges but getting admission won't be easy. You should contact some overseas consultant and get your profile nicely evaluated or you should start researching university admission requirements on your own, email them and start the application process yourself. Universities which are ranked high will be very tough. And you must also take the IELTS. Check many universities as possible and go through the admission requirements, you can start the application process once you get clarity.

B.A. LL.B. Combines the Arts subjects with Law subjects and BBA LL.B. Combines Commerce subjects with law subjects. Although I would personally recommend you to take up B.A. LL.B.
