Let me tell you first, that professional course is something about choice that you made by your own fate. Studying Chartered Accountancy course in India is very much bold decision in itself and you will enjoy of getting attention, privilege in your social life comparing to other commerce students. But this is not free, it demand Patience, Dedication and lot more effort that other Students can imagine only. Geography offers several career options with numerous specializations. First you have to decide yourself in which field you are willing to go. Cartography- Geographers who specialize in this make maps, charts, globes and models
Survey- Geographers can specialize in surveying, either by joining the Survey of India or state Survey Departments or Private organizations. Remote Sensing- Studies of quickly changing phenomena such as floods, draught and forest fires, etc. Remote sensing satellites provide a variety of information about the earth's surface Depending on their area of specialization, geographers may be employed as forest managers or in agricultural or economic institutes as demographers in government and research organizations. A geography background is also an asset for careers in travel and tourism, particularly travel Journalism. Geography also helps in competitive examinations and general knowledge papers.
