All the questions will be of Objective type question. There is no additional weightage to any specific section or part of the test paper in terms of marking scheme. All the questions in both the test papers will carry 2 marks for each correct answer. As per the Negative Marking Scheme, 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. In the Test Paper 1, there will be 100 questions in total. 50 questions for Part A and 50 questions for Part B. In Part A questions will be asked about General Knowledge which will include various topics like history, geography, politics, current affair, sports etc. In Part B questions are intended to test language skills. Applicant can choose Hindi or English any language. General Topics will be covered in both the language like in English: Paragraph, Tense accuracy, Synonyms / Antonyms, Idioms & Phrases, Vocabulary enhancement etc. And in Hindi: Vyaakaran (Grammer); Upasarg your Pratyay (Prefixes / Suffixes); Gadyaansh (Paragraphs); Sandhi / Samaas (Creating Words with mixing 2 or more words)
In the Test paper 2 there will be 100 questions in total. 50 questions for Part A and 50 questions for Part B. In Part A questions will be asked about General Aptitude which will include various topics like reasoning and analysis, coding & decoding, puzzle, number system & symbol series, time and distance, interest calculation, profit and loss etc. In Part B questions are intended to test Subject Ability as is selected by applicant. Topics from the subject are based on 11th, 12th and Graduation syllabus. So, it makes it considerably vast syllabus.

Well as MS is an specialisation course and you will be getting converged in your stream. So, you must choose it wisely. First of all, think as what in electronics or communication makes you mesmerized, it can be however both. In electronics it can be analog electronics, digital electronics, microprocessors, embedded systems, control systems, VLSI technology, anything. And in communication it can be Analog communication, digital communication, antenna and wave propagation, radar communication, wireless technology, satellite communication, anything. So first of all choose yourself the subject in which you feel interested, find yourself research oriented and confident enough to tackle its complexities. However as per my opinion VLSI technology is a good option for MS while the final decision will totally depends upon you and your interest as there isn't any course which is best, its you who will perform in the respective course making it the best course for you.

As on today, National testing agency has only announced the tentative schedule for conducting JEE Advanced for entry into different IIT's. Presently even the all India ranking of JEE Mains has not been announced. Of course, even today there are some software prepared by different websites which will predict college or IIT for you based on your rank of last year but I would advise caution and patience. All these software make use of the past data and it is better to use the last year's data for guessing something as vital as admission into IIT. I feel by the beginning of April or May there will be enough software which will predict the rank in JEE Advanced or predict the college based on the rank in JEE Advanced. Best wishes to you.

Candidates registering for the exam must endure that they check the eligibility criteria. Applications that do not comply by the eligibility criteria will be rejected by the officials. The eligibility criteria is as follows:
ICWAI Foundation Examination
The candidate should have cleared class 10 or equivalent exam. The same should be done from a recognised education higher secondary school board or institution
The candidate should have appeared for and cleared Class 12 examination from a recognised board or
The candidate should have cleared the National Diploma in Commerce Examination

ICWAI Intermediate Examination
The candidate should have cleared 10+2 examination and the Foundation Course of ICWAI/ should be a graduate in any discipline apart from Fine Arts/Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination of CAT of the Institute/ Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination and Competency Level Part II Examination of CAT of the Institute
