All the centrally recognised as well as State Universities provide for the continuation of Studies for students if they have dropped for any reason. It depends from which college you've persued the Course, but most probably you can complete the final year and get your degree.

Hello Piyush, it's very heartening to know that you still have the spark to study even after 25 years of work experience. But I am afraid that these days no professional course including engineering can be offered online buy any university in India and as a result you cannot think of doing graduation in chemical engineering by distance education mode. However you can do AMIE which is equivalent to graduation in engineering for all practical purposes. Best wishes to you.
