A MBA program is of minimum 2 years but then if you planning to pursue the same from distance mode, then the maximum duration is increased and depends from one institute to another.
I would suggest you to contact Anna University directly and inquire about the same.

Refer the UKBA website. according to recent changes on visa rules, you cannot apply for PSW after March,2012. It will be closed. You can apply for tier 2 work visa if you ahve relevant job.

A backlog would not hamper the chance of getting admission if your percentage is consistent and if you have scored decent in the GRE/GMAT and TOEFL. You might just face a problem during the visa interview but you can take professional guidance to overcome that obstacle.
