Hi Wasim, going for BA in UK or Ireland will cost you at least 12 lacs per annum and 9 lacs per annum respectively including living expenses. For 3 yrs you will be spending a good amount of money. Also, going abroad for a subject that can easily be done in India is not a wise decision.
I suggest that you study for Bachelors in India and go for Masters in UK or Ireland. Masters will be of 1 yr in UK and in Ireland for 2 yrs. The expenses will be minimized to a great extent.
If you could specify the subject you want to take up for BA, I will able to help you with Universities that offer the courses.

Hi Ajith, for freshers the MBA is offered by Universities in Australia and UK. If you intend to go to Nz, then you can go for other management programs rather than MBA. As going for MBA at a Nz University will require you to have at least 3 yrs of supervisory or managerial experience.
In UK you can consider : Coventry, LJMU
Australia : La trobe, Griffith, Deakin
But, the University you have completed BCom will also be taken into consideration. As I do not know the name of the University you have completed the course from, the names mentioned are of the ones that accept above 55%.
