Well NIOS is a well recognized mode to complete schooling through the private mode, but the as for your admission is concerned, the required percentage would depend on the institute and also on the course that you are opting to study. I suggest that you study for Bachelors in India and go for Masters in UK or Ireland. Masters will be of 1 yr in UK and in Ireland for 2 yrs. The expenses will be minimized to a great extent.

here are some point for your career after mca . there are two career one as software and other is teaching as faculties. for faculties you need to go for NET and clear net get eligibility for faculties . clear your GATE exams get good rank and complete your PHD or m tech with scholarship. you will enjoy with faculties life. second is as software .plan some good certification courses on computers language as oracle

But, the University you have completed BCom will also be taken into consideration. As I do not know the name of the University you have completed the course from, the names mentioned are of the ones that accept above 55%.

1) A minimum of 6.5 in the IELTS
