As per the regulation about the conduction of M.Phil and Ph.D. Degree framed by UGC , both degree is not permitted to run under part time or distance education system. So your degree is not valid and you are not eligible to do Ph.D. on the basis of your M.Phil degree. If you have a valid PG degree with at least 55% than you may take admission in Ph.D. through the entrance exam conducted by various university.

If u r not having Maths till 12th then many major universities don't accept u for MCA. Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. thanks aneeket for inviting me to answer this question. As per the information given by prabeesh he is not clear his all the paper in BBA , in this case the admission depends on the information about the back paper belongs to which semester and the no of back paper . as per his information he has one back paper than he is admitted by the college provisionally and conditionally and college will give him a time of two or three month maximum at the time of university enrollment. If he fails to submit the original mark sheet in the given time his admission is automatically cancelled.
