Well I dont think there will be much of a scope in terms of studying Mass Comm after 10th as graduation is usually preferred. But of course you can go for short term diploma /certificate courses.
Mass Comm is a very broad term and has a lot to offer such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising etc. Thus you have a lot of options to choose from.
