Selecting an institute is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check some of the important parameters such as batch size, syllabus, faculty, fee etc. You may directly contact the institute officials for specific information.
