Canada is undoubtedly a a better option because of the following reasons:
1. Had it been an Engineering course I would have recommended Germany, but You are looking for an MBA so out of the two Canada is better.
2. Visa norms in Canada are far more relaxed as opposed to Germany and therefore even after you complete your course you will have ample time to look out for a job as the norms are in favor of students.

One important thing to note is that new batch will be enrolled only at the new campus. Courses being offered are the same as they were being offered in the old campus. Likewise faculty will be more or less the same with a few fresh faces who have joined recently.

After completing class 12th with Commerce stream you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned courses:

No, the placements won't be affected as IFMR has a strong base of regular recruiters and every year new recruiters join in. And moreover, since new campus is situated in a very successfull and growing SEZ in Sri City which houses many major global companies and various start ups so placements will only get better with time.

Yes, new campus will run parallel with the old one. It will run only for this year. Important thing to note is that the new batch will be going to the new campus where as the old(my) batch will continue in the old campus.
After my batch graduates, old campus will stop functioning, i.e next year.
