Hi Janice,
I'd say your chances are pretty high on the basis last year's cut-off. I know people who got a percentile as low as 89. However, please note that cut-offs this year may differ on the basis the number of applicants with higher percentiles. Additionally, minority quota and ILS applicants have to go through an interview round as well.
So do apply.

Yes, you can do the same if you are qualified. But, remember that no course including an MBA will guarantee you a job. Getting a job will depend on your hard work, academic performance, university and industry tie-ups, prior work experience, your networks and skills, etc. Canada's top one year MBA programs are HEC Montreal, York University (Schulich), McMaster University (DeGroote), Queen's University to name a few. Check the university websites for details.
