HI Gaurav, the course sounds really good. It will not only help a student to advance his or her knowledge but also enable to expand their decision-making horizons given the kind of parameters and risks which international construction managers have to confront which not all course offer.
In India courses are basically very theoretical and do not offer such options. I think it is a good choice and one should go for it if one meets the requirements of the course.

Hi Chanchal, course like Electrical Engineering is offered by several reputed institutes like IIT in India. Then why do you wish to go to Russia for studies ?
One must opt for studies abroad when the course of interest is not available in their home country.
Also, what if the qualification is not recognised in India?
Hence, I would recommend you to study in India as it will cost you lesser.
