Hi Midhun, as you are planning to study after completing BCom, it will not be advisable to go for a Diploma in management as the course level is below your existing qualification. I suggest that you take up either a graduate diploma or a PG Diploma in Management offered by institutes like Unitec and AIS ST Helens. The certificate from these institutes are very much valid and recognised.
Unfortunately Cornell does not offer courses at this level. At the max you can get a NZIM Diploma (L6) in Management.

PR will not depend on whether you pursue a diploma or a degree. To get a PR, you would be required to secure a job in Canada. Getting a job would be easier with a degree rather than a diploma. Therefore, you should opt for masters and not pg diploma.
