For master's in usa and Germany, you need to take GMAT/ GRE for mba or other areas respectively alongwith TOEFL/IELTS. Better the score in these, higher the chances of getting scholarships and admission in good universities.

If I may ask the reason for doing so? Because psychology is not a well paid sector in india until you are excellent in it. If you are keen to pursue it, take a management course in organizational behaviour or HR to work in good companies.
