Curriculum Highlights of the programme are as follow:

Open Minor:A set of four elective courses outside the discipline to develop additional skills. Courses can be selected from professional enhancement, management, Animation, photography, humanities, and other fields not related to the core discipline of the program.

• Undergraduate Research: A student can avail an option of undergraduate research to go beyond the obvious. • Study Abroad
• Summer/Winter School/ International Exposure:These Programmes generally happen in the summer vacations or winter vacations of the academic year. A summer/winter school/ international exposure is as form of educational Programme that offers courses, both academic and non-academic.
• Semester Exchange:Gain a competitive superiority on your fellow students by spending a full semester at partner foreign university.

The school also provides its students with training in the 25-room UniHotel on site, which welcomes both domestic and foreign visitors and allows students to work side by side with the staff.

The school contains two bakeries and five contemporary kitchens. All bakeries and kitchens are outfitted with the tools necessary for a student to learn as much as possible from the most up-to-date journals while performing scientifically. We offer a few training restaurants where a student can learn about the proper way to serve food and drinks. We have a front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer labs with a total of 60 computers, and an aviation simulation lab.

Placement: Good placements record with minimum 10% students selected as Management Trainee (Junior Executive level) till date and the placement is with brands like Cox & Kings, Carnival Cruise, Jet Airways, Oberoi, Taj, Leela, etc.
