Hi Bhargav,
For admission to a course in hotel and catering management, there is NCHM JEE. The test was on April 29, 2017. Other than this there are some university specific tests conducted by various universities. Some universities also offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam.
There are some good private universities like LPU, GNA, CU, etc that are offering various degrees in hotel and catering management. They are the institutions that offer on job training opportunities to students wherein students get an opportunity to work with reputed hotels. Even the placements are very good.

Unfortunately, because of your educational background, you are not eligible for MBA of PG Diploma in management. You are advised to first complete graduation degree in any discipline of your choice to do management degree or Diploma courses in management.

Yes, you can take admission but after admission, you have to show your certificates to the institute (when you receive them) for further verification on the day of joining the institute.
