Hi Shashikanth,
IIIT with this JEE rank is somewhat difficult. But apply, if you get it then it's a good fortune of yours. Do visit to VIT for counseling rounds. You might get CS over there. I hope this helps. All the best!

SRM would be a better option to choose inspite of LPU because of its good placements as compared to LPU. Also, both colleges provide almost same amenities so it's just about placements which is little better in SRM than LPU.

Hi,
The syllabus of both the streams are same in 1st semester and 2nd semester onwards the subjects start to differ slowly. Both streams are good. International Transportation and Logistics is more focused on logistics and supply chain while Port and Shipping Management is focusing more on port and ship management. So, it's your choice, you can choose based on your field of interest.Coming to your 2nd question, as of my knowledge the jobs are offshore jobs only. Mostly you will be working in office not in ships. But if you are working in port operations, you may get a chance to board the ship for your work requirements.

JIMS family is best to join. It will benefit you both from JIMs side as well as IP University side. So, you'll get bundles of opportunities with much lesser fees as compared to FOSTIIMA. And, also IP University itself is very reputed.

Yes, it is nice but you can’t get any NITs because now a days, competition is very high.
Everyone is trying to get into NITs and IIITs, although there is a chance to get in GFFTIs and IIITs.
