I contacted the college, I found out that admission for M.Ed at I.A.S.E will start in June end. The forms will be out and will be available online. The last date is not confirmed as the forms are not out yet.
The admission will be based on the PMET exam score, first, you need to take the PMET, and then in June you need to apply for the college, After that your eligibility will be checked and if you are shortlisted the institute will contact you.

There is no cut-off system at Galgotias University. The eligibility criteria for LL.B. (Hons.):
- 50% minimum in graduation
- 45% minimum with a valid CLAT/LSAT — INDIATM Score/Rank/percentile
- Students who are qualified in CUET will be given more preference.
Admission to the university is generally based on the First Come, First Serve criteria.

For government colleges, the cut-off generally starts with the 90+ percentile in JEE. The starting rank for admission to government engineering colleges is between 1000-10,000 depending on the reputation of the college.
Even with SC/ST/OBC quota the possibility is less. So, you may try to get admission to private colleges.

Even for the SC category there is no relaxation at this level. With 90570 as a JEE Rank, you can get NIT Uttrakhand, Patna, Mizoram, Meghalaya, etc., However, you need to score 75% in 12th.
With 45% in 12th and 90570 in JEE, you can apply for AIT, Pune, VIT, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, DY Patil Institute of Technology, PVG's College of Engineering and Technology and G.K. Pate (Wani) Institute of Management, etc.

B.A.M.S. course is not offered in any branch of Government Medical College in Maharashtra. However, the government institute offering the course is Government Ayurved College and Hospital, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. 400 is a fine score. You can easily get the top government colleges for BAMS courses with a 400 score in NEET.
