Astral Institute of Technology and Research (Astral Indore) is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) at Bhopal. Hence, the semester exam result of Astral is announced by RGPV. After a few weeks have elapsed after completion of the exams, RGPV normally publishes results of several UG, PG and Diploma programs on its official results website. Astral Institute of Technology and Research (Astral, Indore) tends to be an amalgam of the quality of faculty. Some of the reviews state how the faculty is helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable on their work, however, there were some who stated that there is a shortage of teachers or even some with lesser qualification. A significant number of faculty members have post-graduate and Ph.D. degrees and they are mostly termed as being supportive and capable of explaining uncertainties with lot of practical learning.

There is no detailed list of highly prominent alumni, that are communicated widely, but Astral Institute of Technology and Research cites some of them.
