Yes you can last year it was upto 593rank.
There is not much difference in timings.
1st shift: 9am to 4pm
2nd shift: 10am to 5pm.
There is just 1hr difference. If u couldn't make it through in d first shift then go for 2nd shift.
Only in the university site they mention 2nd shift timing as 12-7.
Actually its 10-5only.
