Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognized to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LLB course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal.

MSRIM offers MBA and PGDM courses , MBA is affiliated with University of Mysore.
MSRIT offers MBA which affiliated with VTU

You can go to study in US after 12th, as it is easier to get into universities than high schools. Pursuing your 11th and 12th from US may not be the best idea as the education structure there is completely different from how Indian schools function.

Yes they are good as compared to the competition. The companies like TCS, Accenture, L&T India, ITC do come in the campus and plus they have an extra cell that works specially for the students.
