If IIT stands for engineering, AIIIMS for MBBS then National Law University stands for law programmes. You can get a job in the legal department as a legal advisor in drafting and application of litigations as well as non-litigation and you may start your independent career too.

Speaking frankly, I am doing my MBA and went through the same phase. There is no chance that you get into IIMs if you are from general category. Their first criteria is 90+ in academics and graduation. Over it, you have to score 97-99 percentile in CAT. You can get any other good college if you don't make to IIMs, what matters the most is things you learn in those 2 years.

First of all, it depends upon the college and second thing is PGDM is more towards practical exposure. Whereas, MBA is of more theoretical. Since you have been from B.com background, if you are really interested in marketing career, then you can choose Marketing with finance (it doesn't matter MBA or PGDM) which will be helpful to get a good job.
