No, this is not possible, you can opt for only one mode. You can only pursue it in the regular mode. Switching to distance mode is not possible.

Your MAT score is good but SKCET accepts only TANCET scores. You may apply for management exam separately in SKCET. Then, you will be eligible.

With 65% it will be difficult to get admission in German universities. When you talk about the best universities its the TU9 universities for which you must have around 90%. However check this if you can find options

I would recommend you to complete class 12th, as it is a crucial stage to clear and really helps to have it completed. Spend a lot of time talking to yourself and to your trusted elders and mentors to decide the course and subjects based on what you are good at and keen to pursue. You may pursue Bachelors in Science or arts or commerce- however this should be decided based on what you studied in class 11th and class 12th and what your real interest is.
