There is a scheme called Officer Entry 10+2 (B.Tech) in which if selected you will join the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala for a four year degree course under the 10+2 (B Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme. Yes, obviously they are better. The brand value of Manipal University is best in the private colleges, so you can't compare SRM and Manipal University Jaipur campus also.
