I would personally suggest that if you want the authorities to hear you, all the students must come together and through social media and petition you must go ahead.

The application form for Calcutta University BA LL.B. entrance exam 2018 will be available from the first week of June 2018 until the third week of June 2018. Candidates should pay the application fee online through SBI collect from the first week of June until the fifth week of June 2018.
Steps to download the admit card:
Visit the official website at Calcutta University 2018.On the home page, get the link of Law Entrance Test 2018.
There is no provision to send the emails, posts by the authority to the candidate. Download the admit card as a hard copy for further uses.

Basic qualification is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics subjects. You can choose B.Tech in Aerospace engineering. There are entrance exams, which will decide the seat allotment. Another option is B.Sc. Physics with Astronomy or astrophysics specialisation and then M.Sc. and go on to do Ph.D. with astronomy or astrophysics specialisation.

According to my suggestion for B.A in political science, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is quite better than Venkateshwara.
I would give 4 out of 4 to venkateshwara and 3.5 out 5 to Shaheed college

These are the top colleges for engineering in Pune:
COEP- It is an autonomous college and its admission procedure is different than other colleges.
VIT- Also Autonomous.
PICT
MIT
Cummins (Only Girls)
SCOE, Vadgaon
(You can also go for other Sinhgad Engineering colleges since the placement for all Sinhgad Colleges takes place together. There are about 3 more engineering colleges of Sinhgad Edu Society).
PVG
VIIT- Same education society as that of VIT but as far as I know not it is not autonomous.D. Y Patil, Akurdi
MMCOE
BUT PICT is the best for computer engineering.

If you are a Stream A student, then you can attempt questions of Physics, Chemistry and Biology sections as there would be 60 questions each (180 questions total). There is no need to attempt questions of Agriculture and Mathematics section, as out of five sections only three sections are to be attempted. While preparing for the exam, give equal emphasis to Physics, chemistry, and Biology as there are 60 questions each. You can cover your 10+2 level PCB books for this exam, if you have been studying for medical entrance examinations like NEET then that preparation should be sufficient.
