The course you are asking for, if it is a clinical programme, then you can not do it directly. You need that medical council registration to do the course. Hence you can take some administration course and go to Canada. Then while studying, do your dental council registration.

Both are not recommended for Mechanical Engineering, neither Narula Institute of Technology nor Techno India Salt Lake.
The good colleges that you can opt for Mechanical Engineering are- Institute of Engineering and Management, MCKV Institute of Engineering, and Meghanad Saha Institute of Technology.

My friend got 187 marks in JEE Mains 2017, which I think are approximately equal to your score in JEE Mains 2018. He was not able to make it to IIIT-Bangalore. Last year's cutoff was 190 marks and cutoff marks of IIIT-Bangalore is increasing every year. Therefore, there are less chances for you to get into it.
