Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to get admission for MBBS in any government college with 120 marks in NEET and belonging to the BC-E category. The cutoff marks for MBBS in government colleges are usually much higher than 120 marks.
For example, the cutoff marks for MBBS in government colleges in Maharashtra for the 2022-23 academic year were as follows:
