After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:

- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience

It is good to see your seriousness in making your career, so as per your query, I would suggest you to opt for a job and work for atleast 1-2 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program as it will further enhance your career prospects.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
