I appreciate the answer shared by my friend Aru. However, I would like to differ with her in your particular situation.
Firstly, your present experience of 3 - 4 months is invaluable but it does not hold much value in the job market. Doing an MBA, depends on your growth aspirations. You can grow in your current job by 2 to 3 levels with having higher qualifications. However, you will hit the roof and then require and MBA or similar qualification. As far as MBA is concerned, doing a regular program is extremely valuable.
Now regarding comparison with SAP, I would not recommend it to you for two reasons.
1. It is valuable after 2 to 3 years of experience.
2. SAP does not have any significant implementations in the Banking industry.
If at all you want to do some professional courses along with your present job, do something that compliments your current domain.

While selecting the best college, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

After the course completion of Marine Engineering, you can opt for lucrative career options both on and off shore. The employment opportunities are available in Merchant Navy, Navy and manufacturing industries.
