For government quota, we will not be able to advise as we have to wait for TANCET 2016 ranks. If you wish to apply under management quota, you can apply as your score is above the cutoff that we desire for management quota admission. Not necessary, you must have the profile to get into the likes of Stanford. Ofcourse IIT, BIT etc are institutes of repute and preferred, having said that if an applicant from one of the top institutes lacks in quality profile he or she will have a tough time during admissions.
