Yes, you are eligible for NIMCET exam. In this exam, class 12th marks is not important, but graduation marks will matter surely. You must have 60% in graduation with one subject Maths/Stats. Aptitude tests mostly comprises quantitative aptitude and verbal ability kind of questions.
You can excel quant section by practicing thoroughly. There is no short cut in quant.
