Fee structure of engineering colleges is decided by taking into consideration many dynamic factors. Normally every state has formed a committee to decide on this. But fee of Govt colleges are invariably subsidised. Average fee could be 1 to 2 L per annum.

ABES is better than United college as in ABES the students are taking off-campus placements due to which many alumni is in the top companies and they are coming there for the recruitment therefore offering good placements.

In my opinion, Adamas University may be good. But I suggest you that there are certain colleges and universities in Rajasthan viz. Anand International College of Engineering, Manipal, LNMIT, SKIT, etc. These provide placement oriented education and have excellent infrastructure. So in my opinion, you can choose the Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur and visit the campus for further consideration.
